COMPETITIVE PRODUCT CROSS-GRADE DISCOUNT
A cross-grade discount of 10% with free training is offered on competitive products. The original program manual, disks and security must be returned to Knowledge Base within 3 months or the discount will be void and become due. New Sale discounts are not available in addition to the cross-grade discount.

NEW SALE DISCOUNT (Multiple Copies Only)
Discounts on new sales are available for corporate clients and bulk purchases.
Discounts will only apply to branch offices with the same name as the head
office. The discount is applied to individual copies, i.e copy 1 at the full
price, copy 2 gets less 10%, copy 3 to copy 5 gets less 15% and so on. This
discount is applied to the total number of copies owned by the client that have
been updated within the last 2 years.

ANNUAL UPGRADE AND SUPPORT CONTRACTS
Software product prices include delivery and a one year support and upgrade
contract. Following this an upgrade and support contract needs to be purchased
for continued product and service support. Upgrade and Support contracts are charged at
13% of the ruling purchase price per annum including
arrears. The details in our database will be taken as
correct unless documented proof can be provided to show
otherwise.
We offer multiple copy discounts on Upgrade and Support contracts. This is
applied to the total number of copies owned by the client that have been updated
within the last 2 years.

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Educational institutions are entitled to purchase up to 50 copies for the price
of one on a network security module provided they present an official letter
which states that the software will be used in the instruction of students. No
multiple copy discounts are applicable. The cost of a network security module is
extra. Only one copy of the manual will be supplied.
INSURING YOUR SOFTWARE
It is important to insure your software, as we are
unable to replace the security device if it is stolen.
Should you lose or have this stolen, you will need to
purchase the program again at its full purchase price
subject to the standard multiple copy discount.
If you have just lost the product CD, then we will be
happy to replace this at the cost of postage. We will
only replace a damaged security device once we have
received the original item. You will only be charged for
the cost of the actual dongle and postage.
