EQUIPPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF DESIGNERS & ENGINEERS
Knowledge Base is currently receiving applications for its new Academy Learnership programme which is to be launched early next year. The Learnership has been designed to address the critical shortage of engineering and Design skills facing our country and will equip previously disadvantaged school and college leavers with the skills they need to launch themselves into a successful civil engineering or design industry career path.

The Academy will provide outcomes based training across a broad range of technical drawing skills.
It will also include an introduction into civil engineering principles and cover life skills
designed to provide the foundations necessary to achieve success in a Civil Engineering and Design industry career.

AllyCAD ARCHITECTURAL TOOLKIT
 |
The Architectural Toolkit speeds up many of the activities that are used to draw building plans. The Toolkit lets you draw the external and internal walls of a building easily
and joins between walls are automatically cleaned up as you go along. The designer can add the roof plan by
simply indicating the outside walls

and specifying the overhang. Door, window and fitting
symbols can also be inserted in no time at all.
The Toolkit allows the designer to generate elevations and sections with extreme efficiency using the intuitive user prompts.
The Architectural Toolkit has its own toolbar for quick and easy reference to all your favourite functions. You may customize the Toolkit's default settings to suit your individual preference by modifying the Architectural Toolkit Setup dialog.

To produce 3 Dimensional (Isometric) drawings the cursor angle needs to be locked at an angle such as 30°.
