AllyCAD Training |
|
| |
AllyCAD training courses are NQF aligned and accredited through the Sector Education and Training Authority, ISETT SETA. This means that companies will be able to claim back the money spent on training courses when they submit their Skills Development Plan to their respective SETA's.

A new statutory framework has been proposed which will affect the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), the South African Council for the Architectural Profession, the Council for the Landscape Architectural Profession and the Council for the
|
Quantity Surveying Profession. The proposed change will lead to one government body representing these sectors.
ECSA has opposed this move, arguing that it will create greater distance between professionals and the councils. Formal complaints against the new framework may be lodged by 11 April 2008. Contact ECSA for further details.

Features & Functionality |

THE COORDINATE TABLE
The Coordinate Table function in AllyCAD 3.6 allows the creation of a table of coordinates in your drawing. The coordinate table is created by indicating coordinate points in the drawing and then specifying additional information or options in the Coordinate Table dialog.
|
Coordinate ID labels (coordinate "name") can be generated and placed in the drawing at the actual coordinate points they refer to. These labels may be automatically generated. Coordinate value labels (ie: X/Y value) can also be generated and placed in the drawing at the actual coordinate points.
In addition, existing ID labels in the drawing can be used to populate the ID column of the table as with the "Label Coords" function. An extra column can be added to the coordinate table for user-defined info (eg: comments), or a diameter value.
