Did you know that broad based black economic empowerment engineering companies can apply to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for a cash grant to help with business development services aimed at improving their core competencies?
|
The cash grant can be used to assist with the cost of the AllyCAD software and training.
The Black Business Supplier Development Programme (BBSDP) provides black-owned enterprises in South Africa with access to business development services in order to assist them in upgrading managerial capabilities and restructuring to become more competitive.
A company can apply for multiple projects provided that the cumulative grant does not exceed R100 000.

TEXT DIMENSIONS
 |
To move dimension text in AllyCAD simply select the dimension by dragging a selection box around it with the cursor or by using the 'Edit - Select by Polygon' function.
Once the dimension has been selected, the user can switch into 'Node Mode' by clicking on the Nodes icon in the Toolbar.
|
Three nodes will appear on the dimension, one at each of the dimensioned points and one at the dimension text position. The dimension text position will become black or highlighted when you clock on the node at the dimension text position.
The highlighted node will allow you to nudge it accurately to a new position by simply pressing the arrow key pointing in the direction you would like to move the node to.
