An alternative if space for the dimension is a problem

For dimensioning, where you know space will be a problem, but would really like the dimension to site above the line and not justified off to the left or right.

Enter the following : - 10.67m\/ (Backslash Forwardslash)

The dimension is shown as follows: (this gives the desired effect of having a line feed, and the dimension not being offset).

You might also not want the "m" or the dimension unit in the dimension.

Click on the Setting Menu › Drawing Settings.

Click on the meter button. On the dialog that appears remove the unit symbol.

All dimensions will now not show the unit symbol.
